5-FAM-NH2,5-carboxyfluorescein-amine from ruixi.5-carboxylic acid can react with fluorescein carboxylic acid. Fluorescein is the most commonly used fluorescent derivatization reagent for labeling biomolecules. In addition to its high absorptivity, excellent fluorescence quantum yield and good water solubility, the maximum excitation wavelength of fluorescein matches the 488 nm spectral line of argon ion laser.
